You must not share your login details with any other person. b555 will not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

You must notify b555 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, or if your login credentials have been compromised. b555 reserves the right to temporarily suspend any account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation.

• Account credentials must not be shared, sold, transferred, or otherwise made available to any third party.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted under your b555 account, whether authorised by you or not.
• b555 may require identity verification (KYC) documents — including a government-issued CNIC, passport, or driving licence — before processing withdrawals, modifying account details, or at any time deemed necessary for compliance purposes.
• Account names and contact details must match the identity documents provided during KYC. Mismatched information may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, b555 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the b555 platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds resulting from gaming outcomes, technical interruptions, payment processing delays, data breaches caused by factors outside b555's reasonable control, or decisions made based on information displayed on the platform.

• b555 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to its platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or third-party service outages may temporarily affect platform availability.
• b555 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party software issues on the player's side.
• In jurisdictions where limitation of liability clauses are restricted by consumer protection law, b555's liability shall be limited to the minimum extent permissible under that law.
• b555's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to b555 in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

b555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Discovery that a player is under the age of 21.
• Registration from a restricted jurisdiction.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months, subject to the dormant account policy communicated to the player at the time of account creation.
• At b555's sole discretion, for any business, regulatory, or risk management reason, with remaining verified funds returned to the player via their last used payment method following applicable deductions.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting b555 support. Upon voluntary closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Active bonus balances at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited unless the player has already satisfied the applicable wagering requirements.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, game outcome, transaction, promotion, or any other matter relating to your b555 account, you should first contact b555 support with full details of the complaint. b555 will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days of receiving all relevant information.

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which b555 holds its international gaming licence. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.
• You agree that any claim arising from your use of b555 must be filed within 12 months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims filed after this period will be time-barred.
• b555's decisions on game outcomes — where supported by verified server-side game logs — are final and binding. In cases of clear technical error, b555 may at its discretion replay, void, or re-settle affected rounds.

b555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time.
